The Del Rey Hotel offers a shuttle bus service from Foz do Iguaçu International Airport for an additional charge.

To request this service, guests need to contact the hotel and inform their flight details in advance, specifying the total number of passengers the driver should expect.

The shuttle service for the Duty Free Shop and the Casino, which is provided by an external company, should be booked at least 5 hours in advance. Guests need to bring along a valid ID or passport, and visitors under 18 years of age are not allowed in the Casino.
